COVID-19 coronavirus: information for our delegates, speakers and sponsors

Our current status with regards to the COVID-19 Coronavirus virus remains unchanged; the health and safety of our delegates, speakers, sponsors and staff is our number one priority.

In line with local and national authorities, public health advice and WHO guidelines, we are continuously monitoring the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak, and our policies reflect those of the country authority in which our events take place.

Due to the widespread effects of the virus, there have been a number of changes to the scheduling of our events. Please check specific event websites for more information or via our upcoming schedule of events here.

In the case that attendees are unable to travel to a conference, streaming or video options will be available. Regarding masterclasses, streaming will not be available at this stage, but events will be capped at 20 delegates.
Look out for our live streaming icons across our websites to indicate which events have an Online Pass option.
We strongly urge attendees to our events to refer to the guidelines and protocols as suggested by the WHO, local and national public health authorities to contain and mitigate against any further spread of the virus. We are working with all event venues to implement precautionary measures and contingency plans for all the events that we run. This includes measures such as: 

  • Temperature monitoring of all attendees, speakers and staff at events
  • Travel declaration for all attendees, speakers and staff at events
  • Strengthened hygiene, sanitisation and availability of disinfectants at events
  • Class room style seating to create appropriate distancing
  • Alternative food preparation and service

Anyone who wishes to participate in our events and who are not impacted by travel restrictions are free to do so. Event attendees are encouraged to check the latest travel advice and entry guidelines for the country to which they wish to travel before making arrangements. Several countries have imposed travel restrictions to and from mainland China, Iran, Northern Italy and South Korea. We do not run any events in any of these countries or have anyone attending an event from one of these countries.
